The location was marvellous, just off river, cafes, restaurants, town centre, entertainment, scenic walks, and the shops and several cafes and restaurants, the beach was a short walk from the venue.

It's good looking place to stay 3 km away from Cook's Plaza. Every staff member is very friendly and extremely helpful and strives to meet your needs. I 100% recommend to stay here

had well laid out room complete with extra pillows as well as all the crockery & cutlery. the staff was more than adequate and efficient, so i would stay there again.

Overall it was a nice stay on our road trip. The staff were accommodating and superfriendly. We stayed here before, always functional and neat rooms with amazing views.

A nice size and functional rooms with great views from the bedroom. Comfortable and really handy location for weekend in Gisborne.

The setting is great, it's just off walking areas & town, lovely cafe's and restaurants and Gisborne by the Ocean.

My stay was really great on our road trip. Very central location close to harbour and town and several other places of interest, it was in a peaceful area. Also, it was at a medium distance from Mahia Peninsula.

Overall it was good sized and well-organised with great views from the bedroom. The location of the hotel was good, to an excellent restaurant 100 yards away.

Spacious suite and comfy bed. Air con and close proximity to the ports. Convenient location near city center and restaurants. Studio with kitchenette, separate living area, and bath. Easy access and milk provided.

The room was huge and reasonably priced with 1 bedroom, amazing views plus the bath as expected. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were a big plus...

I truly enjoyed that the room was reasonably large and functional with the bath, balcony. It had great food! Location: the hotel was very close to the riverside, the river and the beach and several other places of interest. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and everything was amazing.

Fantastic place with functional and well laid out rooms. The rooms with a Queen bed and balcony, as example. Fast check in & the service was great. Easy parking nearby. Great restaurants.

The rooms were spacious and great value for money. With a lovely balcony, I was able to enjoy the beautiful outlook and relax in the comfort of my room. Everything was clean and tidy, making me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room at an ideal temperature. I also appreciated the quiet and pretty location, which was conveniently close to some great places to eat. It was also a bonus to have parking available for my car.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent.
